- Salary & Payment Policy

Overtime will be paid as per applicable laws.
- Compliance Policy
We follow all applicable labor laws (PF, ESI, etc.).
All statutory deductions will be made as required.
- Attendance & Leave Policy
Employees must maintain regular attendance.
Leave must be informed and approved in advance.
Unauthorized absence may lead to action.
- Code of Conduct
Employees must behave professionally at the workplace.
Misconduct, negligence, or indiscipline will not be tolerated.
Employees must follow client workplace policies.
- Safety Policy
We ensure safe working conditions.

Any incident must be reported immediately.
- Replacement Policy
If an employee leaves or is unsuitable, we will provide a replacement within a reasonable time.
- Billing & Payment Policy
Invoices will be raised as per agreed terms.
Clients must make payments within the agreed period.
